Cascade Partners Expands With the Addition of Gary Lewis

Cascade Partners LLC, a private investment and investment banking firm, is pleased to announce that Gary Lewis has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Mr. Lewis brings 14 years of private equity investing, investment banking and operational experience to the firm, including involvement in approximately $3 billion in transaction and advisory assignments.  He will work alongside Cascade's existing team in the sourcing and execution of transactions both on the private investment and the investment banking aspects of the firm

Mr. Lewis has extensive principal investing, mergers & acquisitions and capital raising experience, including senior and subordinated debt, convertible securities, and public and private equity offerings.   Over the course of his career, he has partnered with and advised middle market and Fortune 500 companies operating in a variety of industries.  Mr. Lewis began his career in investment banking with Banc of America Securities in the firm's Global Industries and Services Group.   Mr.  Lewis also spent several years as a private equity investor focusing on growth-oriented and buyout situations while serving in various capacities with Goense & Company, Winona Capital and Bainbridge Ventures.  In addition, Mr. Lewis previously held an operating role as a Vice President - Business Development with a healthcare services company providing care for patients along the post-acute care continuum. 


Mr. Lewis graduated from Kalamazoo College with a B.A. in Economics. He also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and also studied at L'Ecole Superieure de Commerce in France.
